Every workplace has a Jen.
That person who makes sure the place runs smoothly. Organises stuff, knows where everything is, deals with visitors and parcels and stationery and snacks. They know how everything works and what needs to be done when. They look after everyone. They deal with the things that most people working there don’t even know exist.
Every workplace has a Jen, but our Jen is THE BEST.
She honestly is the oil in our wheels, and we’d not know what to do without her, but it’s not just that. Jen is funny and kind and awesome and fair. She genuinely cares – about her job and our company but also about us.
Most importantly, she does it all with a smile on her face.
